I had found out about Regional on the internet and had seen them on TV too. i was satisfied with the work that they completed for me, it looks good. The installation crew, lead by Jomaine, did a gret job with the clean up. My salesman, David, was friendly and his presentation was good but the price compared to others was the deciding factor for me.

So far, I am exremely pleased with the job Regional has done. The Installers did an outstanding job. The Reps presentation was very thorough. I chose Regional because they were the first to get back to me, and offered a nice discount.

I was very satisfied with the job but the problem is not solved. The installation crew was friendly, courteous, and professional. The salesman was ok. He made an incorrect assessment of work needed. I am disappointed that I still haven't had a follow up call as of 11/24 for the additional work needed to address the issue.
