Mr. Gay called Southeast to inquire about having his stand up crawl space encapsulated so that he would be able to use the space as extra storage. Our home inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. Gay to go over the crawl space and found that Mr. Gay would benefit from our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

Our crew, led by Ricky Warren, installed our high standard Clean Space Encapsulation System which included our 20 mil liner, Silver Glo, a Sanidry CX and a Sump Pump to keep the area free of any moisture. Mr. Gay is thrilled to have a fantastic dry place to use as extra storage for years to come.

Frank contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to arising mold issues within the basement of the home at his home in West End, NC. During the summer months, the HVAC unit would experience condensation causing water to pool around it leading to mold issues. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Derek met with Frank to go over the issue and the find the best solution. Since Frank's basement was a dirt basement the best solution would be to seal it with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

Our crew led by Jason Hines installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space and adding a dehumidifier we are able to prevent issues like mold that is caused by water issues. 

Frank contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to pool water from his HVAC system and the beginning signs of mold in the crawl space of his home in West End, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Frank to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for his issues. Chris found that a combination of water vapor from the earth's ground and condensation from the HVAC system where the root causes of Frank's problems. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair can transform the crawl space into a semi-conditioned area of the home so that the HVAC system runs more effectively and no longer has condensation. 

This customer in Jackson Springs, NC had an entryway into the crawl space of this home that had caused the crawl space overtime to take in water. By ripping out the bricks and installing The Turtl Crawl Space Acess, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is able to help keep the crawl space dry by offering a strong and secure way to keep the rain and debris out of the crawl space. With the hinged top design, the crawl space of the home is easily accessible while keeping the elements out. 

Lionel contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair with concerns of mold, wood rot, and moisture in the crawlspace at his home in Jackson Springs, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Justin P., to go out and inspect the home. Upon his inspection Justin met with Lionel to go over having the crawlspace encapsulated and to replace all the rotted wood. Lionel agreed with everything and was ready to get the project started.

Our crew led by Pedro, first started by debris and insulation removal. Next they replaced the main beam and Sister joist. Then they installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System. This system will help control the mold and moisture which could of been the cause of the wood rot.

Lionel was pleased with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.
