Derick contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after a recent termite inspection. The inspector noticed that Derick's home had standing water and a moisture problem. Our crew, lead by Jason Hines, installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to protect the home from the earth's ground and the standing water. William contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair, through a referral from another company, interested in a free inspection. One of our Design Specialists, Todd, went out and inspected the crawlspace and proposed to have the crawlspace encapsulated.

Our crew led by EJ, started by sealing the vents and removing all debris from the crawlspace. Next, they installed 10mil Clean Space Liner with SilverGlo on the walls. After, they installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

This crawl space in Broadway, NC had an old vapor barrier installed, however the homeowners were still experiencing moisture problems along with high humidity. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to keep the water out of the crawl space from blocking it from entering by sealing off the crawl space from the outside elements.
