Cynthia of Fayetteville, NC had a crawl space that she wanted to have fixed due to standing water in you crawl space, so she called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. We transformed this wet crawl space to a dry healthy area of the home.

Cynthia contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after experiencing standing water in her crawl space after Hurricane Matthew came though. Inspector Justin Edwards met with Cynthia to go over the best solution of getting rid of the standing water in her crawl space. The best solution to fixing the crawl space was with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Cynthia is happy knowing that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair is behind her even after a hurricane.

After installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation Southeast Foundaiton and Crawl Space Repair replaced the old ugly crawl space door or a new custom made door. This customer is happy with the new door installed.

Derrick had falling insulation in his crawl space. After doing some research, he found that the falling insulation was due to high moisture levels. He felt the best solution would be to contact Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to have them at least install a vapor barrier. After meeting with Christopher Reeves, Christopher checked out the crawl space, and worked with the homeowner to find the best solution for his falling insulation. After deciding on the best way to move forward, our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Liner, insulating the crawl space with the SilverGlo Insulation Panels, and installing a Dehumidifier, we were able to protect Derrick's home from any further moisture damage.

David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about sagging floors and moisture issues at his home in Fayetteville, NC.

One of our design specialists, Patrick went out and inspected the crawl space and foundation. After speaking with David and showing him what was found, Patrick proposed to encapsulate the crawl space for the moisture issues, and Smart Jacks for the sagging floors as the best solution to fix his home.

Our crew led by Kevin, went in and installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. By pairing the two systems, Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair can address the issues of the sagging floors by stabilizing the floors back to their original position and the Encapsulation seals the crawl space from moisture and mold issues.
