Exposed dirt and unprotected block walls inside this crawl space lead to a massive rise in humidity. There was no protection from moisture getting into the air. This troubled basement had water getting inside every time it rained via the gap between the basement wall and floor. We solved this problem by installing a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to capture and redirect water at its very entry point and a CleanSpace wall system to cover and protect the space from humidity and water vapors. Water no longer stands a chance against this basement!
