We were able to protect and save this homeowner’s property by installing two sump pumps, CleanSpace to the ground, a SaniDry dehumidifier, and SilverGlo to the walls. This crawl space is now protected from moisture in the air and ground and is going to have much more consistent temperatures.

The completely exposed crawl space was causing musty smells and mold growth which affected the air quality inside the living space. We cleaned out from underneath this Graylyn Manor building and sealed it tight with our durable vapor barrier to keep moisture out.
