A proper vapor barrier should seal the entire crawl space to keep all possible sources of water vapor out. We installed our durable CleanSpace vapor barrier to reduce humidity and help improve the health of this home.

This detached garage in Mocksville, NC was noticing water coming through the cinder block walls. Our team stabilized the walls with Carbon Armor straps, and installed a CleanSpace wall system to seal and protect the walls from any water vapors that tried to seep through. Water no longer stands a chance against this garage!

This crawl space, attached to the house’s basement, was causing a musty smell to waft throughout the home. The water vapor in the air caused the area to be exceedingly humid as well and did not support the basement, which was also taking in water during heavy rains. To protect this home, we cleaned out and installed a durable CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the air quality inside the crawl space and the rest of the home.

Moist and flood prone, this basement needed a solution fast. We tore out the failing insulation and plastic and installed our patented waterproofing system along with our durable vapor barrier and wall insulation.

This graphite-impregnated formula features a built-in radiant heat barrier and closed-cell insulation that will not soak up any moisture. Once installed, this superior insulation also provides a vapor barrier to the crawl space walls, holding back moisture and humidity.
