This formerly damp and exposed crawl space received a full CleanSpace and encapsulation to seal, cover and protect this area from any moisture or water damage.

Short term solutions like thin plastic coverings and fiberglass insulation inside a crawl space always form complications. When water gets into the crawl space and the crawl space air it starts to ruin the insulation and form mold all around. We tore out these old solutions and installed a lasting vapor barrier to help keep the crawl space air dry.

This crawl space was musty, humid, and in need of our help. Ivan and his crew removed all debris, properly sealed all vents, and wrapped the entire space in our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier. This isolates the home from the earth, a crucial step in effective humidity control.

To seal off and protect this newly repaired crawl space, Ivan and his crew installed the indestructible EverLast door. Made from PVC plastic, its airtight and watertight design keeps out insects, critters, moisture, and winter drafts.
