High moisture was causing this home in Roaring Gap, NC to experience high energy bills and foundation issues. Our team encapsulated the crawl space using CleanSpace liner, SilverGlo insulation, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a few other top-quality, patented products that are only found at Carolina Basement Systems. Water no longer stands a chance against this crawl space!

A thin plastic vapor barrier was laid in the crawl space when it was constructed and has since ripped and become useless. We stopped the water vapor from affecting the crawl space by sealing it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier.

To help protect this crawl space, we installed our thermal wall insulation along the walls. This keeps the entire home's temperature consistent through the seasons, and there is no risk of ruined or ripped insulation over time.

One of our expert crews installed our CleanSpace wall system, our WaterGuard drainage system to catch water at every entry point, and out SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system  to help protect this basement from future water damage.
