Our Overall Service

My only issues were that it took too long to get on the schedule and I had to call two times to get actually get the installation scheduled. Also I think the waiting time from purchase to install is too long.

Call Representative

The installer was prompt, courteous and efficient, however, he charged my 40.00 extra in cash for a piece of pipe that I assumed would have been part of the overall installation cost.

What made you choose our company:

I researched companies that installed sump pumps and yours seemed like the only one in the area that specialized in this service and had quality products and experienced personnel to perform the work. Also, the cost was competitive with other companies in the area and your warranty service seems to be better than most as well. Also, your product had some desirable features that were not available on any other sump pumps that I looked at.
