This is the only ding. and it is not really your clean up, but the crew broke up some concrete in a storage room that was loaded with items from the room that got water. If they had told me about the dust, I could have covered with plastic. It was considerable and some collectibles were involved.

Price and found a much better solution and localized the issue, vs. tearing up the whole basement for 1 simple leak.
