Jeff was one of the reasons we decided to go with the Basement Doctor. He worked with mine and my wife's scheduled to meet with us initially. We waited almost 6 months before deciding to go with the Basement Doctor. When I called Jeff he came back out within a couple days and reviewed everything with us. He was never pushy and understood we needed time to think about our decision.
Mike had a crew member that was fantastic. I believe Dave was his name. Mike is lucky to have a guy like him on his crew.
What made you choose our company:
Mike and his installation crew were great! They communicated well with me by giving me updates when they will arrive, leave, and their progress. His crew was very personable. They were even great with my dog who always seem to be in the way. After the job, my house looked like it did before they were there, maybe even a little better. Shortly after the install, our area had tornadoes come through knocking out power everywhere. The storms brought heavy rain as well. It was relieving that I didn't have to worry about our basement. The battery back up ran and my basement stayed dry. The Basement Doctor added 10 years to my life!
