From the very first phone call to the last shovel of dirt the service was outstanding.
Call Representative
Phone calls were answered and also emails. I liked that each step was explained and that I was told who would be calling. I worked with Julie and Stephanie.
Sales Process
Walt Fanthorp was very professional and explained each inspection he did. I also liked that I had his picture before he came to the door.
Our Installation Crew
I think I had the best crew! Nathan, Clem and Steven were so easy to work with. Nathan let me know what they would do and checked with me as the work progressed. I also had a pier installed in the basement with little disturbance except noise. They all were courteous and did a great job!
The Cleanup Process
Lots of dirt moved around and lots of mud but everything was filled in and graded as best they could. It was a pretty tight area. I will say the place in my basement was left very clean. I liked that they hung plastic to shield the rest of my finished basement as clean as possible.
