What made you choose our company:

I had bids from midstate, ohio basement authority and basement doctor. I felt that midstate at the fairest pricing and most personable sales rep that really listened to my concerns and what I needed to have repaired. He was very quick for all communication and upfront about everything. I felt that basement authority and basement doctor did not want me to use midstate and they were even price matching to try to win my bid, but overall I liked midstate's sales the most which helped me make my decision. After I had an issue, midstate addressed it within 48 hrs and made sure they fixed the problems. based on reviews and complaints of competitors, midstate made sure that the original issue was fixed and fixed correctly. the crew explained everything they were doing and were super friendly. out of the recent plumbers, engineeers, and hvac agents I've had, the installation crew was the nicest/ best explanations/ most personable. All in all, based on my recent experience, I will be going to midstate for all my basement needs and will be referring anyone with basement problems to midstate . Fair, reasonable, honest, and no scare tactics used.
