Phil Watkins was a very attentive salesman. He came to the house twice. Christian and Rashid did the encapsulation of the crawl space in one day!

Our Installation Crew

Christian and Rashid are an excellent team. I did and still do need to have my outside vent covers cut down to the appropriate size. they are too big to install as is.

Yes, I was happy to choose Mid States for the good reviews, good products, workmanship and sales rep. I had 4 other competitive estimates from other basement systems before choosing Mid states Basement systems. I spent 90 days researching before making a final decision. As a new widow I need to make careful, correct choices to fit in with my financial means. My air is better now! I feel safe and healthier!
