omni Basement systems installed the patented drain system called Waterguard. Waterguard drains the water from the walls and under the floor to a sump pump called the SuperSump.

Waterguard is a sub-floor drainage system that collects water from the footing/wall joint and under the floor and drain it down to the sump pump system. To prevent future leaks from the walls and to reflect radiant heat back into the room, Omni installed ThermalDry wall membrane. The silver coating acts as a radiant barrier.
