Sandy in Welland, On needed some repair to correct dampness issues. These include sagging floors and other moisture damage. Omni Basement Systems suggested and installed a vapor barrier called Cleanspace. Cleanspace is a 20mil thick liner that has cord reinforcement and a product called Ultrafresh that inhibits mold growth. Omni also installed house jacks called Smartjacks (not shown) these jacks sits on a very large footing that is galvanized for rust proofing
Bill in St. Catharines has a home with a crawlspace. because of moisture over the years, the floor was sagging and needed some support. Omni went to work and installed a vapor barrier called Clenspace to take of the moisture issue and Smartjacks to stabilize the floor from sagging.

Omni Basement Systems used Rigid Foam insulation called Silverglo witch is graphite infused to bump up the "R" value. After we are finished, the header cavities will be spray foamed.
