Sales Process
What can I say but...Bravo! In a sales position myself, I don't often come across people with an uncanny ability to provide details, pricing, and benefits of choosing ones company, but our sales representative was outstanding. I had very few questions after his presentation and was completely sold on his, and Omni's ability to provide the required services at extremely competitive prices. He came as a "sales guy" and left as our "basement guy". Almost a friend of sorts. He's welcome to our home any time for drinks and burgers! :)

Took a few moments to explain the process to me, and was neat and tidy. Very polite fella.
The Cleanup Process
No concerns, and nothing left out of place afterwards. I offered to lend a hand cleaning up but the installer insisted on doing it himself. Thanks!
