First I would like to say thank you for the service that was provided. I was taken care of with the utmost care. Mike and Dustin were professional. courteous, and very knowledgeable. When we hit a bump in the road I was pleased to find out that Pete, who I believe is the owner,  personally came out to my home to inspect the situation and get his hands and knees dirty to get the job done right. I would like to recognize Pete, Mike, and Dustin for an excellent job! My wife and I for the first time in months can sleep through the night without being woken up by the sound of our sump pump.

I highly recommend Omni. Daniel, Gord and Andrew, were very helpful, knowledgable and provided great service. The installation of my new sump pump was very quick, they cleaned up the work area. They left me with peace of mind with a battery backup sump.

It has been around 5 years and still no leak.  They did a great job.  We were afraid the cost would be very high and had avoided getting it fixed, but we called Omni and they came and gave us a great price!  I thought about Omni while I was cleaning my now (dry) basement, and am very satisfied with the job and price.

They did a great job, kept it tidy and contained and explained everything to me in detail through out and after they were done. Couldn't believe it took less then a day to do was definitely expecting it to take longer. Great work guys.

I chose Omni because of the great presentation and reasonable price.  Also the time it would take to install.  A bonus was that all of the staff were very professional and courteous.

The job is completed and it looks good. Again I would like to mention your crew. They worked really hard and it took a lot of physical work to get the job done. I still cannot believe how many times they went up  the stairs with buckets full of broken concrete, dirt and clay and bringing down the supplies and heavy tools needed to do the job. I was literally exhausted just watching them.   Today they took their time to explain what they planned and need to do. Through their hard work and team effort everything ran smoothly. At the end of the job their tried very hard to clean the area. It wasn’t easy but their did what they could.   Now it’s my turn to finish the drywall next to the sump pump, vacuum the whole area, paint the floor and start reorganizing my workshop. Hopefully I will not have any more issues with water.   Thanks once again to you and everyone who was involved to complete this job in a timely and satisfying manner.   One final comment about the work crew. They all worked very hard but I need to make an extra comment about Daniel. Not only he is a hard worker, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I felt he is just a great person.   Regards Alfred
