I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work they performed and the result I am getting. My crawlspace relative humidity levels went down from about as high as 80% to 55%, which really helps resolve my cupped hardwood floors.

I was well educated with the products they use and how they compare to those used by others. The proposal they provided was tailored to what I really need. I ended up saving $$$ with better products compared to proposals from others.

The installation crew did a fantastic job listening and fixing all the issues I had. They did quality work and addressed all the concerns I had to make me happy. I would give it a 6-stars - highly recommended.
