Overall I would probably do business with Eric again. Yes, there was a problem where the first sump pump/tank was installed but the production manager came out onsite to make sure that the second sump pump/tank was installed properly. Eric made sure to communicate with me throughout the project. Also, there were no extra cost to me when the second sump pump/tank had to be installed.
