John's waterproofing is an outstanding company. All of the employees I had to deal with throughout my crawlspace waterproofing were very professional and courteous. It is easy to tell they enjoy their work and like their employer. Daniel was an excellent salesperson to work with. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the products and services. He was even very helpful when we changed our minds about what service we wanted.

each time I had to talk with someone on the phone they were very polite and helpful. The couple of times someone had to call me back the calls were very prompt.

these guys were great. they were fast, efficient and polite. they answered all of our questions and did an excellent job cleaning up the mess after they were done.

to be honest you are the only company that came out to give me a bid. the others either said I was too far away or they didn't do manufactured homes. I am very glad I was able to work with you though. I am VERY happy with the results and how much better my crawl space is now.
