  I do not have concerns, what I have are compliments for every single individual involved with my sump pumps during the past two years, and during the most recent installation of a new sump pump and dehumidifier...oh my gosh, what an amazing company and what an amazing group of individuals to work with! I could not be more pleased with the kindness and respect I have been shown...and the work that has been done? Excellent! Living on the coast, I can honestly say that it is incredibly difficult to find anyone who is on time, who finishes the job they start, who doesn't just take your money and disappear...John's Waterproofing does everything quite perfectly, and I wouldn't use anyone else...EVER! Thank you to Michael and to Kaitlynn and Francesco and his team, and anyone else who I have dealt with during the past two years. Just...thank you.
