Hitch, is are my hero!! Words alone can't express my gratitude for his "polite insistence" that my sump pump be removed from my sewer line and re-routed to the street. As he had predicted, the unthinkable happened Friday when my main sewer line became clogged, and I couldn't get a sewer cleaning service here until Monday. The blockage was my fault, unrelated to the sump pump, and I had no flooding or damage - thanks to his recommendation and work. The situation would have been catastrophic if the sump pump was still hooked to the sewer line.  I truly hope John's appreciates Hitch, his work, and his customer service - half as much as I do. He represents the company admirably, and I'm, very grateful for everything he has done at my home. Thanks again!
