I was pleased and impressed with the John's crew - from sales to completion of the project. Vinnie was delightful and informative when providing us pictures of what we needed to deal with and giving us the pitch for the project. Ramon and his crew did an incredible job! I cannot say enough good things about these 3 men and the clean out and installation work they did! They are courteous, communicative, responsive to questions along the way and did an excellent job. I couldn't believe the amount of stuff they pulled out from under our home. They told us every day what progress was made and the next steps to come. They respected our property and kept us apprised of some of the things discovered along the way. Except for the turtle on the side of our house for direct access, you would never know what had been piled up outside before! I regret I can't name the electrician as I have put his card down somewhere, but his assistant Koa and he came and went and got the job done efficiently and with no fuss or muss. David Poulin completed our project with the final spray day and also clearly communicated about access and safety. I know this is a very expensive process, but for the effort required and the work done - I don't really think that it's over-priced once you see it happen and the finished product. I will say the air in our home is already improved and I am not fearing the rainy season ahead. The company is well organized, keeps the project moving and timely through multiple steps and teams and makes the whole process as easy as it can be.
