The deign Specialist did a very good job explaining the proposed solution and was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of the house and issue. He took the time to understand our concerns and then developed a good solution to the issue that I had confidence in. The company seemed to have the knowledge, expertise and experience to resolve our sump pump/drainage issues. All of the people at the company that I interfaced with seem to feel good about the company and it shows in their attitude and work ethic. The crew was excellent. They worked extremely hard. The work required digging trenches and laying pipe and they did a great job covering the trenches and returning the ground to as close to the way it was prior to the work. The crew was courteous and friendly. They pointed out something in the original design that was not optimal and were able to correct it so that the system will work properly.
The first rains will prove that everything is working correctly but I am happy with the work and confident if there were any issues that the company would make it correct.
