I was very pleased with Don, the representative who came to evaluate a crumbling exterior wall in the basement of our 1927 house. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest and diagnosed the problem, but concluded the repair was a fairly easy fix that Terrafirma did not do. He did not push or high pressure any expensive solutions, and I appreciated that. It was not about sales above all else but about helping determine the cause of the problem even if Terrafirma could not make a sale.
