Our Overall Service
Only issue was not clean on second half of install. The actual work was super professional (and to be fair, they were missing a member of their team because of the weather).
Scheduling Appointment
The wait for initial contact and start of engineering process was fast. The City of Portland was the slowdown, not TerraFirma.
Sales Process
Tony answered all my questions, and even stopped by while the piers were being installed because he was in the area. That felt very taken care of.
Project Manager
Everything was fine. It would have been nice to have met my manager, but the guys in charge of the various projects were very on site, available to provide info etc. so it's fine.
Our Installation Crew
Sam, Jorge, Arturo and Dallas did an AWESOME job of install and also cleanup
The Cleanup Process
5 for cleanup from pier installation, 3 for cleanup from inside bracing work: could have put something down to protect the floor... otherwise fine.
