I'm not sure if this question applies to Eric or someone else.

James Taylor and his assistants Chris Raycraft and (Kevin...Tarin?) Schneider worked VERY hard in a difficult, not-so-easy -to-access two part crawlspace. We had an older type of PVC pipe that broke twice and they didn't complain...they just quickly took care of the situation. James explained everything they were doing and kept me involved in the decision making. I had questions, he answered them. I had limited parking, his crew made it work. They were on time (even a little early) to do a job most people would not want to tackle. I will forever be impressed by how hard they worked, how good they worked as a team to solve problems and get the job done on time. It as amazing to watch the process and to see the finished product. I no longer smell any musty air in the tall crawlspace, and THAT'S impressive. A "shout out" to the "bucket brigade" who had to carry buckets of heavy gravel down the hill and into the crawlspace multiple times!

I couldn't be happier. My entry deck was washed, trash was completely removed, and the gravel pathway was leveled out after they had to dig through it to run a drain line. James also took to heart my random comment about a useless hard-to-reach 2x6 that was left behind by the builders in 1998 and that I was going to have to find a way to remove by myself. It's gone and the tall crawlspace is perfect. My last view of the short crawl was of one of the crew members vacuuming the white surfaces. "After photos and the explanation of the workings and maintenance of the sump pump and dehumidifier by James were easy to understand and very helpful in my understanding about how the system will work. Looking forward to having the electrician here tomorrow to finish the job.
