Katie was mostly fine at helping as get things scheduled, but we had several issues. For one, I asked at least 3 times for all communications (text and email) to include myself and my wife, but my wife was routinely excluded. She also repeatedly asked me for my wife's name and phone number despite me supplying it several times prior. It felt like organization was lacking in the communication area.
