They did the best that they could given the small patio space, the size of the holes needed and the size of the unexpected boulder that was under the step (that ate 2 jack hammer bits while they tried to knock get it out of the way of one of the piers).

TerraFirma had done work on the foundation at the front of the unit before we bought it and I was impressed by the guaranty that goes with the property regardless of owner. 😀
