Torres did a much more thorough inspection and accurate evaluation of our crawl spaces and existing system compared to other companies and also helped explain the differences in the solution he proposed and what competition was proposing. R.J.’s solution addressed my needs without trying to up sell anything unnecessary. He was straightforward, on the level, and good to work with.
