We had heard of Terra Firma's work before through word-of-mouth, and it had always been positive. When we called to schedule an appraisal/appointment, Travis Smith came out and spent time with us explaining how things could go. He was patient in answering our questions and never once made us feel as if we were being "sold" anything. He was both personable and professional, and given the stress of our home damage, it was reassuring and welcome. When Taylor arrived to begin work, he, Oscar, and Arturo were amazing! Again, they welcomed us to watch, ask questions, and always took time to interact with kindness and humor. As with Travis, they were all professional and personable. We can't express enough the gratitude we have for them and for Terra Firma in helping us navigate this devastating moment in our lives. Thank you!
