Hello, We have 2 crawlspace doors that need to be rebuilt. The current ones are wooden and started to rot out, and they also are not the proper size for a tight sealed fit. Both of these crawlspaces are located in the back side of the house and are approximately 2ftx3ft. Thank you.

Vapor liner likely need replacement for crawl space. There are signs of standing water previously. The crawl space is approximately 2-3 feet in height. Looking for a quote to have it replaced. Also, if there is any mold or rotting, would that be something that you may be able to repair?

I have a small house that has moisture in the crawl space. I don't have standing water (yet) but want to fix the problem. I cleaned out all the debris under the house and pulled up as much of the old rotted plastic, but before laying down new plastic vapor barrier I thought I'd get an expert to look at it and advise if something more needs to be done.

Had a previous water issue with a leak in the foundation almost 2 years ago, I think we fixed it with foundation sealing and some drainage in the backyard; during the problem I tore up most of the vapor barrier plastic under the house so I could pump out the water and let it dry, need plastic redone; house built in 1977, 1500 sq ft ranch, some tight spots in crawlspace, but you can get around the whole house
