Comment: We are purchasing a manufactured home that has not had a sealed crawl space. It has obvious signs of animal activity, carcasses, feces, and a hole in a forced air duct. It also has the old aluminum skirting in there. The vapor barrier needs repair/replace, and the under carriage was split for re-plumbing purposes so needs to have some insulation replaced and resealed. The house is 1142sf rectangle.
