Vacuum up rat droppings, rat nests, insulation pieces, wood pieces and other debris. Install new vapor barrier. Tape seal heater duct joints. Wrap new insulation on heater ducts.

Corvallis, OR 97333We are purchasing a manufactured home that has not had a sealed crawl space. It has obvious signs of animal activity, carcasses, feces, and a hole in a forced air duct. It also has the old aluminum skirting in there. The vapor barrier needs repair/replace, and the under carriage was split for re-plumbing purposes so needs to have some insulation replaced and resealed. The house is 1142sf rectangle. Could I would like to talk about potential costs for getting this taken care of. Thanks, Kate
