Very glad we made that phone call after seeing the ad in the paper. Mr. Pura came and told us our problem. Next day they installed our SaniDry Air System dehumidifier and now we no longer have that damp odor and it has stopped mildew from forming. The unit is easy to maintain. We now use the rec room more often than before. Great investment.

It sure is nice to open your basement door and not see any water on the floor after a rain storm. It took only a few days to have the work done to prevent the water from coming across the basement floor. No more worries at all.

We had a new basement that leaked water daily. Mike looked it over, told us the Dry Trak System with a super sump pump would be the best solution. Since the completion of the job we haven’t had a drop of water enter our basement. 100% dry! 100% useable space! Then we had trouble with power failures. We had Mike add a battery-back-up unit to our pump. Now we can sleep at night during power failures. We are extremely satisfied with the work and highly recommend Mike’s products to anyone with a wet basement.
