The cement block foundation had sunk 3” and was lifted into place using push piers. 

The home has a stone foundation that was severely distressed from age related water damage that was neglected for many decades. Actually, for at least a generation according to the home owner. The gutters and downspouts were in disrepair, which caused the water to accumulate against the foundation and caused a lot of wear and tear.
