Problem
Mrs. Blanchette's basement was very damp and the carpet on the floor was wet. Moisture and water had seeped through this crack.
Solution
Seal the crack in 2 steps with our FlexiSpan system. Seal the crack with a high viscosity polyurethane polymer. The sealant penetrates deep into the crack to form a flexible and durable seal. Then, to keep your foundation walls looking great, we cover the sealed crack with another light gray polyurethane sealant. This gives the repair a neat and professional appearance. It is a patented, guaranteed and permanent solution!
If you are concerned like this customer from Candiac because you see signs of efflorescence, moisture, and water seepage and you see a crack in your concrete wall, do not wait too long before you act. The more you neglect the problem, the more it gets worse. Indeed, a crack brought water and water vapor into the subsoil causing the appearance of efflorescence. In addition, sealing a crack with rigid products such as epoxy is not a long-term solution, because as the wall cracks move, the sealant will break and fall or the crack will reappear at another location, and the problem of water and humidity will come up again. To fix the problem, we inject our patented FlexiSpan sealant which is a urethane-based liquid that, and once dry, will be flexible to block the vapors and water infiltrations and resist the movement of the wall crack
Mr. Dobrin added a garage to his house, but over time he noticed deterioration of the garage walls, several cracks, water infiltration and a slightly curved wall. He had already sealed the cracks in the past, but it didn't work as the wall continued to crack. His neighbor had the same problem as him, so he decided to have his garage wall repaired before the problem got worse.
The solution
Install our carbon fiber and CarbonArmor epoxy tapes. These bands reinforce and stabilize the cracked and arched wall. They are installed in a day and can be hidden with a finishing touch. In fact, we installed our BrightWall wall panels. In addition to hiding the CarbonArmor strips, they insulate the garage and act as a vapor barrier, thus blocking moisture from the walls. They also give a clear appearance to the garage.
Our team of professionals went to a homeowner in Montreal's Verdun neighborhood to inspect his place.
The joists of the floor of the residence began to collapse, because moisture from the ground attacked them. Our team has then advised the installation of support pillars in order to stabilize the house.
Following the installation, the owner was very satisfied with the work done by our experienced technicians.
Mr. Kherraf from Verdun QC called us complaining about structural issues related to the girders crawl space. Although he did not know much about Crawl Spaces, Mr.Kherraf went to Basement Systems Quebec website to learn more about the solutions available to him.
