Office staff was very courteous. Representative presented a very knowledgeable presentation. We felt very comfortable with his knowledge. Installation crew arrived on time and was very courteous. Cleanup was satisfactory. At this time we are extremely pleased with the vapor barrier and dehumidifier. The real test will come when we have damp/wet weather conditions.
