The staff was great to work with. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. The staff went out of their way to work through initial mistakes, which is all you can ask, because no one is perfect. Price is a big concern in today's economy. All-Dry's price is competitive.

The office staff was always cheerful and pleasant to deal with. John knew exactly what we needed to fix the problem. He was always available to help explain the system. Ed and Chris came out ahead of schedule. They gave me a complete explanation of all the work to be performed. They worked fast, made recommendations for further improvements to waterproof the basement and cleaned up the work area. The installation itself was very professional- I am very happy with the entire experience!
