Great installers! The representative was good-very professional, prompt, and explained the system. I chose All-Dry because the website was good, reviews were good, and it was an SC company. Installers did a great job, including making requested adjustments to the plan! The system is AWESOME! My basement/garage is dry after storms for the 1st time in years!

The installation crew was very nice and hard workers. I think the salesman and his presentation was very satisfactory. We chose to go with All-Dry because with the problem we had it was easier to fix it with wall anchors and less work to be done instead of tearing down the wall.

It appears that you did a very good job. I never met any of the installers but I talked to the foreman on the phone-very professional. We had a really good experience with the office staff other than the final payment mix-up. The salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The reason why we chose All-Dry was because of the recommendation we got from an engineering firm in Asheville, and also because of the excellent initial discussions and subsequent follow-up conversations. The salesman was always polite, informative, and accessible by phone!! The only problem was trying to ensure you received your payment, but most of this was out of any control -- my apologies!!!

I chose All-Dry because I was really impressed with their wall anchor product. The concept of your wall anchors has saved me considerable expense of other methods.
