Gene and Melissa R. are homeowners in Liberty, SC and have been for a while. They currently plan to stay in their home as they still have two teenagers at home. Having two young boys is not easy as homeowners that want to take care of their home. Gene and Melissa have had to do many repairs to their home due to their rough and tumble boys. These holes would then be filled with tightly compact crushed stone that would be the solid ground for the footing. Once the SmartJack is secure, it is then adjusted to create lift and stabilization for the floor above. Gene and Melissa felt like this would be a lasting solution and scheduled the installation. Chuck H. is a homeowner in Roebuck, SC who noticed that his house was starting to settle. Dianne S. moved into her home in Roebuck, SC many years ago with her husband. A year ago, her husband passed away and she was left to take up the responsibility of taking care of the home. The floors had been unlevel for quite a while and since Dianne was getting older, she knew they needed to be fixed. Being a woman who has never worked with a contractor was scary for Dianne, she wanted to work with a company that would respect her. Then a hole would be dug under the beam and filled with engineer designed gravel. Then a bottom plate would be placed on top of the gravel to hold the SmartJack.
