James and Gwen D. moved into their Irmo, SC home when their children were small. They have made many memories there and the home means a lot to them. Even though they are getting older, they try to take the best care of their home. They fix what they can and make improvements here and there. Over time in the bedroom, the floor started to feel weak in certain spots. This was concerning to both James and Gwen because they wanted to take care of their home but they felt helpless. James could not get under the house to even take a look. While watching the news one night, they saw an advertisement for Cantey Foundation Specialists and decided to call in the next day. They made an appointment with System Design Specialist Brandon Privette. Brandon came out and did a thorough inspection for James and Gwen, even taking pictures for them to see the damage. Brandon then sat down with James and Gwen to explain that the wood under their home had been damaged over the years and was causing the floor to be weak. He mapped out a plan for the wood to be replaced and told the couple that one of the crews could have all of the wood replaced in two days. James and Gwen were impressed by Cantey and really felt comfortable having the Cantey team help them with this repair. Production Crew Leader Aubrey McJunkin, Production Crew Member Francisco Lopez, and Production Crew Member Phillip Sullivan came out and effectively replaced all the rotten wood. James and Gwen have peace of mind that their home is in much better condition and have already recommended Cantey to their friends.

Sharon was concerned about the unlevel concrete sidewalk in front of her house in Lexington, SC. Her sidewalk had sunken slabs from foundation settlement and had become a major tripping hazard. Cantey used our patented PolyLevel Solution to level it. It works by injecting a light foamy-like substance under the slab to raise it back into place. Now she doesn't have to worry about her, or anyone else, tripping on their way to the front door! 

Keith S. is a homeowner who really knows his way around a home. From renovating and repairing, to complete restructure Keith can do it all. However, Keith lacks the knowledge he needed to solve his homes water absorption problem.  His basement walls have been soaking up moisture from the ground and bringing it into his home. After hearing an advertisement on the radio for Cantey Foundation Specialists he decided to give us a call.  Specialist John Adams came out to Keith's home for a free inspection and found that the solution he was looking for was a Sump Pump. Sump Pumps are designed to pump out excess moisture and liquid that could be damaging to your home. Team Leader Aubrey, Team Member Oscar, and Team Member Frank were sent out to Keith's home and installed the Sump Pump for him. Keith was so happy that Cantey was able to help him when he was unable to do it himself. "This isn't the first time I've hired Cantey, I had them fix my retainer wall with wall anchors before. Barry H. is a hardworking man in Lexington, SC. Barry had worked as a Warehouse Manager for 30 years before recently retiring. After his retirement Barry started to notice more about his home. He began to notice cracks in his walls and he wasn't sure of the cause or how to fix it. Barry did know that he didn't like the way they looked so he decided to do something about it. He called Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free inspection. Specialist Richard came to Barry's home and explained to him that the cracks in his walls were caused by his sinking floors. He then went on to explain that Cantey's Smart Jack system was the solution that Barry was looking for. "When you see something like that you don't really think that it's a floor issue, but I'm glad Cantey was able to help me."
