The owners of this Orlinda, TN home were unhappy with their dirty, damp crawlspace. We completed a full crawl space repair- including the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. Before, this homeowner's crawl space was sealed with an old wooden door that had seen better days. Made from organic materials, it rotted and warped due to constant exposure to the elements. This home was struggling with a lot of moisture and tons of water in their crawl space. They decided to get a full encapsulation which keeps water and moisture out.
