This unhealthy crawl space in Tennessee needed our help! The homeowners had started to smell a rather mildew odor upstairs and worried about the health of not only their home, but their health too! They decided to call experts to figure out the problem!
We scheduled them a free inspection with our trained and friendly inspector, John, and he was able to get out to them quickly!
He looked around their crawl space, took a few reference photos and even tested their woods moisture content. The crawl space had a huge moisture issue that was causing their wood to decay and mold to grow! This was causing the bad smell in their living quarters.
John knew just what their space needed. He talked to them about our encapsulation process and the products that would work best in their crawl space.
The homeowners were ready to have everything installed and to finally have a healthy crawl space!
Products Installed:
CleanSpace Liner
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
