 Homeowner found moisture in their kitchen which prompting them to get under the house. On one side of house where we had moisture, there was a misting pipe joint that had been leaking for a while and has soaked some floor joists and the girder. This home needed a conditioned space to protect the work they were doing. Encapsulating the crawl space will control the environment under the home to protect against mold, mildew, and future moisture issues.
