The old wooden crawl space door had not only rotted but allowed for ground water, humidity, and outside temperatures to effect both the crawl space and of course the home.

50% of the air we breath in our home comes from the crawl space. If mold, mildew, and water is a concern in the crawl space it is a concern for the home above.

This home had been vacant for four years before the family moved in. When a home is not properly cared for for that long it can cause loads of trouble. The family had noticed moisture in the air, causing mold issues, and were on the receiving end of some bad allergies.
