Just had our yearly service call for the water barrier sysem today, and it was a most pleasant experience. Jason was our technician-he was on time, friendly, and very efficint. He explained everything he was going to do beforehe did it, and answered any questions I had politely and with obvious knowledge about his products and job. He left the work area clean, dry and in great shape. I hope he is still working for you next year, because I want him to be my service technician again! Our annual maintenance was due. The technician, came to our home on schedule and was very thorough with his job. He ran through the checklist of items to be verified and did a great work verifying each and every one of them ensuring the proper functioning of the sump system. Fernando and his crew did a wonderful job. They were scheduled for three days and finished in 2 1/2 days. The area was complete and there was no mess left behind. Great Job!

We bought a house last year that had the crawlspace waterproofed a few years ago by Frontier Basement Systems. As I wanted to be familiar with exactly what was done when it was installed I went down with our design specialist as he did his inspection of the liner and maintenance of the sump pump. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job making sure everything was as it should be. It is nice to have folks work on stuff that are competent and thourough at what they do!

He never left at the end of the day without briefing me on what they had accomplished for that day and what was expected for the next day schedule. He and his crew were courteous, professional, and efficient! They cleaned up after the job was completed. We could see the results of the installation of the WaterGuard immediately - the system they installed was already functioning as it was explained to us. If we have any other issues in the future with the other areas of our basement/garage we'll be calling Frontier Basement Systems."
