5/15 - The install crew came back and glued the discharge PVC pipe. Poor guy, the pump started while he had the pipe line disconnected and he got soaked! They gave us the missing cap we needed and they plugged the extra holes in the block with hydraulic cement for us. Thank you for all your hard work! So glad you were able to get us fixed up!

Today's project went extremely well! Gumaro and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. My wife and I were fortunate to both be able to be here to meet a great team that worked very well together and I was able to learn something new about home ownership and remodeling. The installation crew are the best. All the guys worked efficiently and were very courteous and knew their stuff. Much appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. My basement looked better after construction. Thank you guys! Very nice. The price and knowledge of the sales rep is what made me choose the company. Very reassuring and his knowledge of how to fix my problem put me at ease.

Mitch was the service tech that came out to do her service. She said that he was a very nice guy and he did a wonderful job. She said that he was able to come early and called her first, she really appreciated the fact that he called and that he was able to come early. She said that he was all done with the service by the time he was originally supposed to be out there.

It was a tight knit family atmosphere, and there wasn't the feeling of stress and anxiety that many work environments tend to be flooded with. I feel like I can breathe here.
