I appreciate that Fernando hastily came to my house when my basement was filling with water. He had a quick solution for the problem, installed what he could at that moment in time- a temporary pump, and will be returning tomorrow to make sure the permanent pump got installed. He was able to do all of this on his off time. He really made my customer experience great!

Just wanted to let you know that Fernando and his crew finished the basement project today­ - a day earlier than I actually expected. From the moment we first met [Dustin], [he] explained our options, I knew we had found the right company.  Every question, every contingency that we could think of was addressed and the project progressed exactly as [he] told us it would.  I am so appreciative that [he] took the time to come over last week while my husband was in the hospital to reassure me that the basement was ready for construction.  The crew [he] sent over could not have been more professional and proficient in their work.  Fernando and his men were courteous,diligent, professional and an utter joy to be around.  My house was left clean every night - dust was kept to a minimum and the work area was left in perfect order each day.  Fernando spoke to me each night before he left to give me a status update and gave me a thorough walk through tonight before signing off and collecting the balance due.  We couldn't be more pleased with the work,the workers and the appearance of our new waterproofing system.  Living in this house as long as we have (over 30 years) and being dreadfully aware of every torrential rainstorm has been stressful to say the least.  Walking through 6-10 inches of water in the basement has been maddening and costly. Cleaning up nasty, muddy, stinky residue has been time consuming and frustrating.  For the first time, we don't expect to be nervous when we see a colorful radar picture on the 6 o'clock news.  We did not see a charge on the invoice for restoring our peace of mind, but that is exactly what Frontier Basement Waterproofing has done for us... We had a sump pump installed by Frontier Basements Systems in 2004 after our home was flooded with a few inches of water. In 2010 we were massively flooded but this time with with 5 feet of water in our walk out basement. After the small 2004 flood we had ready to use sand bags, waterproof door panels etc. to try and keep the water out in the 2010 flood. Unfortunately we had sandbags for 3.5 feet but not 5 feet. When the water receded I expected to find my basement full of water. After all the sandbags had done a good job keeping the water out until we ran out of bags and the water came over the top so I assumed the water would be held in our home by the same sandbags. Incredibly though when I made it back to our home a few hours past the peak of the flooding our sump pump had completely emptied the water out. We literally had stranded and dying fish in our home but we were able to walk right in and start cleaning up thanks to our sump pump. So keep up with your annual maintenance, it is a silent sentry, but it will really be there when you need it most. Earlier this week Jason came out for our annual service. He did a great job cleaning it, making sure it works, etc. he clearly explained what he was doing etc. and we know it is working and ready for the day we may need it again (but let’s hope that day isn’t any time soon!).

Wow! What great service! Donald from Frontier Basement came to do my annual check. There was a problem with the dehumidifier, which as a result, needed to be replaced. He took the time to walk through the fine print of my warranty with me, copied it, highlighted it, and took it back to the office.  He came back with a NEW dehumidifier and saved me the cost of the replacement.  He was thorough in every aspect. I believe a company should be judged not only on pricing but service rendered. Alot of times this service arises when something goes wrong and how the company handles it. Mistakes will be made. It is how the company rectifies the mistake that seperates the men from the boys. We had a Water Proof door installed no problem. In addition we had a drain moved away from the back entrance to our property so the pipe would not be damaged if service vehicles went over them. Due to a miscommunication, the pipe was not moved but stayed within the area of the gate. We were disappointed when we realized thes had happened and did not know Frontiers response. There was a terrific response. Someone was sent to rectify the error and the drain is no longer in the area of the gate opening. Frontier proved themselves one of the men and we thank your understanding and cooperation in rectifying this.
